Our club rides are social rides usually with a mid-ride café stop, leaving every Sunday morning from the Fleming Avenue car park in North Baddesley, SO52 9EN. The number of groups going out depends on how many people turn up. Wearing a helmet is required by all riders. Tools, spare inner tube, suitable clothing for the conditions and pump are recommended.

Medium Group: SUNDAY 9AM
(Meet Fleming Avenue car park) 30-45 miles, 14-16mph average
Easy Group: SUNDAY 9:30AM
(Meet Fleming Avenue car park) around 30 miles, 12-14mph average
