For any Sotonia youth riders 12 and over with time on their hands next Tuesday evening, 20 August, why not try a time trial for free on probably the safest local course. You will need a parental consent form filled in.
If you’d like to ride, you can enter on the evening, just turn up and sign on – it’s FREE for Sotonia members and £5 for guest riders.
If you haven’t ridden a time trial before, why not give it a go? No need for a TT specific bike – your good old road/gravel/cyclo-cross bike would do just as well! And if you want want some tips as a first timer, this video should help

Front and back lights are compulsory for TT’s, please make sure they are affixed to your bike and in working condition.
